I have a fitness goal, and this will help my reach it.
So, what’s the deal?
I’ve been working out with my brother for almost two years now. I’ve gained a lot of muscle, but the Hollywood “cut” look has eluded me. I am under no illusions - I realize Hollywood is a lot of intense workout/training/diet + airbrushing + botox/cosmetics + visual effects. But I also know that I could be better - not only physically, but in a general health sense - if I ate better.
Both of my grandpa’s had multiple heart attacks, and my dad has had a couple now, too. So this isn’t entirely about looks - though I’m honest and upfront in saying that my vanity is probably the main priority.
Perhaps no one will read this, perhaps tons of people with too much time will read it. It doesn’t really matter to me. The main purpose of this blog is to keep MYSELF accountable.
